St. Augustine Harmonica Player

I expected this harmonica player on a side street off St. George Street in St. Augustine, Florida, to be in a soldier’s uniform, not in shorts and a T–shirt. The tune he is playing is very familiar––I assume that it is “Dixie,” a song from the Confederacy, but I could be wrong. I should have asked him.
